Shellie was born October 7, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio and went to be with Jesus, her Savior, on June 28, 2014 at 75 years old.
She was a current member of East Side Grace Brethren Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Ray and Claribel Leukart
Soderstrom, her Uncle Walter and Dorothy Leukart, and cousins Ronnie Leukart and Bud Leukart. She is survived by a daughter,
Karen Campos and husband Fred (of Bedford, Texas), a son, Kevin Shellie (of Blacklick, Ohio), and 3 grandchildren, Caitlyn,
Zachary and Daniel Campos, cousins Dennis Leukart and Tom Leukart (of Columbus, Ohio) along with all the above mentioned cousins
families. | | A polio survivor since 1954,
Patsy graduated from Columbus School for Girls and Ohio State University where she was a member of Phi Mu and Phi Delta Gamma,
a graduate school sorority. She also attended the University of Colorado and Texas Bible Institute. As a physical therapist,
she was employed at Ohio State University and Mount Carmel Hospital. She was also a member of Eastern Star and Daughters of
the Nile. While in San Antonio, Texas, she was a Christ Care Leader at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church and retired from
the University of Texas as an academic advisor. After 34 years in Texas, she returned to Columbus in 2004 to enjoy her life
where she began, 66 years earlier. Despite her many challenges in life, she accomplished much, shared God’s love and
