BROADWAY Ruth Demarest Broadway (Mrs. Norman Broadway),
age 90, went home to be with The Lord on September 26, 2012. Born January 26, 1922, Ruth's life desire was to love her Lord
and to serve Him in every aspect of her life. Preceded in death by husband Norman, parents Mr. and Mrs. Frank Demarest and
Rev. and Mrs. Norman Broadway. Surviving are their son, Stan (Sandi); their daughter, Selma Broadway Pyles (Mike); and their
families; and her extended family: the Robert Mann family; the Deming family; and Kathi Arnold. Friends may call at JERRY
SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Monday 5-8 p.m.,. where service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday. Pastor Freddy Dutton

At three Ruth had polio and had post polio syndrome in
her sixties. Despite her physical challenges, Ruth many times stated, “I have had a wonderful life”. Her
life was an example of Ephesians 3:20 “Glory to God, who is able to do far beyond all that we could ask or imagine
by his power at work within us.” Ruth really had an amazing life. - Selma Broadway Pyles
